This service plan allows On-Demand hardware and software based upon a pay-as-you-go system. It is delivered as a SERVICE so we shift Technology from a capital expense to a reoccurring monthly operating expense - like a utility. This in itself has many financial advantages such as improving cash flow, as you no longer have to expend large upfront capital expense for total cost of ownership, reduces taxes - no personal property tax, 100% tax write-off as it is billed as a Service, reduces future replacement costs as the program allows for all PC's to be replaced every 3 years and all Servers to be replaced every 4 years to maintain optimal productivity within the workforce and keeps the business on the leading edge of Technology.

Flexibility- Under this On-Demand program you can order customized hardware designed specifically for your business model which you can add to or subtract from, during the life of the contract. For example, a department expands to meet demands of the organization. Under the same contract, you can place an order for just the additional hardware that may be required to support this expansion. Should you be met with a downsizing scenario, we can subtract the hardware based upon your new requirements which will subsequently reduce your monthly fees. In this way, you are not restricted or bound to a specific amount of hardware. You merely pay for the hardware that is in use.

Supportability - Under this On-Demand Program we offer a No-Questions-Asked Warranty on all hardware during the entire term of your contract which is 3 or 5 years. All devices and parts are covered for the life of the contract. Should any device fail, as long as an RMA request is received by 1 pm PST, the failed device or component will be shipped overnight for next day delivery. All at no additional cost to you.

Manageability - The ordering process is On-Demand. You place the order through your on-line customer portal established for your access only. Once the requisition ticket is placed, receipt of order is confirmed via email with the designated point of contact. Lead time for delivery 7-10 business days. Hardware is dropped shipped direct to your site typically UPS or FedEX.

Security - Our Servers are equipped with the 2nd generation motherboard processors that have built in security features such as Intel-AES NI making 4 times faster encryption of sensitive data.

Energy Efficient - We deploy machines with Intel based components. Our Servers Optimize energy efficiency to contain your operating costs by using Solid State Drives with no moving parts. This means no friction which equals less heat and less power consumption. Consequently, our Servers use 95% LESS ELECTRICITY.
