Block Hour IT Support Plan
The systems administrator is responsible for the over all health of the network. It’s not uncommon in a small or
mid-size organization that the systems administrator is responsible for almost all aspects of technology. When the melange of tasks becomes too daunting for the in-house staff, you may consider contracting out some of the duties to ensure the efficiency of your network. We offer, under the Block Hour IT Support Plan, a contract based upon a monthly block hour purchase of IT support performed by reliable computer professionals with additional block hours available for purchase upon exhausting the initial purchase. The quantity of hours are determined by network size and complexity with a minimum purchase of additional hours set at five man-hours. The following services are available under this plan in the area of Systems Administration on Network Servers - Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, UNIX, and LINUX.
